Before you start

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Billing is monthly with no minimum term. You can pause or cancel anytime from your dashboard; the current billing period isn't refunded.

How do I pay?

Chile: Mercado Pago in CLP. Ecuador: Payphone or Deuna in USD. International: PayPal in USD. We give 30 days' notice before any price change.

How does onboarding work?

It's async. Choose a plan, subscribe, and submit your first requests to the queue — no discovery call needed. Work ships in 48–72h.

What's included in a website project?

A 30-day revision period from delivery. After that, warranty covers spelling, translation and functional bugs. New scope is quoted separately.

Do you need my passwords?

Never. The dashboard is secured with Google OAuth and we only ask for platform usernames. We never sell or share your data.

Who owns the work?

You do, once it's paid in full. We may use anonymized samples in our portfolio.

Terms of Service

1. Services

Agave Digital Marketing provides social media management, SEO, web design, digital advertising, graphic design, analytics, and AI automation from Quito and Santiago.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Monthly billing, no minimum contract. Agave gives 30 days' notice for price changes.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Clients may cancel any time via the dashboard. There is no refund for the current billing period.

4. Website projects: revisions, warranty & hosting

Website design and development projects include a 30 calendar-day revision period starting on the delivery date. Requests outside the original scope are quoted separately.

Once that period has ended, warranty coverage is limited to spelling errors, translation errors, and functional bugs. It does not cover new content or design changes outside the original scope.

Warranty and support are contingent on full payment. If a project balance remains unpaid and the client has not cancelled, Agave may suspend the website until payment is regularized.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, platform access, and brand materials needed to deliver the services.

6. Intellectual property

Content becomes client property upon full payment. Agave may use anonymized samples for portfolio purposes.

7. Account access

The dashboard is secured via Google OAuth. Agave never requests social media passwords.

8. Service levels

Performance metrics are goals, not guarantees.

9. Limitation of liability

Agave's liability is capped at the amount paid by the client in the month of the issue.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Chilean or Ecuadorian law depending on the client country.

11. Updates

Agave gives 15 days' notice for updates to these terms.
